Move it or Lose it!

This month, I will be focusing on the importance of movement and how your physically active lifestyle relates to your overall productivity and personal growth. Here is the break down of what the following weeks will look like:

Week one will go into how our body is just like a system of pumps and how this concept can be similar to our relationships with ourselves and others.

Week two will cover the importance of exploring new planes of motion with your body and how this idea couldn't be more valid when discussing cognitive health.

Finally, in week three (and my favorite), you will see how movement compares to the process of creating and filling reserves for your physical, mental and financial self. 

In the meantime, I challenge you to think about these three topics and what they mean to you...

What are we actually "pumping" when it comes to relationships and our physical bodies?
Why is it so important to explore new planes of motion and mental stimulation?  
What is the importance of creating physical, psychological and financial reserves for yourself?

All these questions will be answered in the weeks to come, but it is important to start getting yourself prepared for them by asking yourself these types of questions.
